Inside 325 James: A New Rental Community Is Coming To James South

Over the next few weeks, I’m going to start sharing behind the scenes updates on one of the most exciting rental projects I’ve been involved with in Hamilton.

325 James is a newly rebuilt rental building coming to James Street South, and we are officially building toward our early June launch.

The project is being designed around a simple idea:

Create a modern rental experience for professionals who want something better than the typical apartment product currently available in the city.

The building will feature newly rebuilt suites, in suite laundry, air conditioning, a gym, refreshed common areas, and a much stronger community feel than what most renters are used to seeing.

One of the biggest focuses has been creating a strong fit for medical residents and healthcare professionals given the building’s proximity to Hamilton’s hospital network and downtown core.

To support that launch, we are also introducing a Founding Resident program for qualifying medical residents which includes incentives like up to 2 months free rent, $500 move-in credit, and priority access before the public launch.

The response so far has already been strong, and I think this is going to become one of the more interesting rental launches Hamilton has seen in a while.
